PROPS (Project for project management).
PROPS is a project management model designed and developed by Ericsson. PROPS is used by many companies in various lines of industry, as well as by several Swedish authorities.
The project model Props includes the following templates and check lists:
- Assignment specification
- Final report
- Progress report
- Project specification
